Warburton Attorneys provides advice on environmental, health and safety and energy authorisation requirements applicable to developments and projects.

We also assist in formulating environmental authorisation strategies to allow for multiple authorisation and public participation processes to be aligned and, where feasible, streamlined to allow for legally defensible, yet more expedient, authorisation processes to be followed. To this end, we are also able to assist in the motivation to and negotiations with relevant regulatory authorities regarding the environmental authorisation strategies.
